Responsibilities :
- Supporting day-to-day trading operations across multiple markets, venues, and counterparties, including account onboarding, KYC, account maintenance, and operational setup with external counterparties.
- Analyzing daily trade, position, cash, and transaction reconciliations, investigating breaks and driving timely resolution while maintaining accurate books and records.
- Coordinating cash, collateral, and asset movements across venues and banking partners, and ensuring trading accounts are appropriately configured for collateral, leverage, margin, and settlement requirements.
- Monitoring transaction and settlement activity, investigating and resolving failed or delayed movements, maintaining accurate books and records and reviewing and signing off daily P&L while escalating discrepancies and key items to management.
- Collaborating with Trading, Finance, Compliance, Technology, and external counterparties to resolve operational issues and continuously improve workflows.
- Optimizing operational processes by automating manual activities, strengthening controls, and enhancing operational reporting.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree in economics, finance, or a related field; CFA certification or progress toward the CFA designation is a plus.
- At least 3–5 years of experience in capital markets or cryptocurrency operations.
- Expertise in Microsoft Excel, including lookups, PivotTables, and conditional statements.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and transition seamlessly across diverse responsibilities while maintaining a high standard of quality and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and communication skills, with sound judgment and the ability to perform effectively under pressure.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced, 24/7 market environment with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
