The D. E. Shaw group seeks an analytically and technically oriented individual to join the D. E. Shaw Investment Management (DESIM) group as a technical strategist within the portfolio strategy team. DESIM develops and manages active equity and multi-asset class investment strategies that complement the firm’s longstanding hedge fund strategies, leveraging advanced research and technology to serve institutional clients globally. This strategist will focus on the research, development, and analytical evaluation of investment products, collaborating closely with portfolio strategy and investment teams.
